Gynecology & Urology · Seoul
One clinic for couples —
gynecology & urology, together.
At SanBO Clinic, a gynecologist and a urologist care for both partners in a single visit. Two specialists, one consultation room, one shared path to health.
Why SanBO
The care a couple once had to split, now in one place
For generations, women went to gynecology and men went to urology — separately. SanBO brings both specialties into one room, so a couple's health is understood together.
Couples
Integrated Care
by Two Specialists
Separate paths
- Women see a gynecologist, men see a urologist — at different clinics.
- Care is divided, so neither partner knows the other's condition.
- A couple's issue is judged from only one side.
- Two separate visits, two separate sets of results.
One shared visit
- Partners are seen together, side by side, in one room.
- Both partners' health is understood at the same time.
- Two specialists listen to both partners together.
- Exam, consultation and results — all in a single visit.
Our Specialists
Two specialists, one team for couples
A gynecologist and a urologist — partners in practice — diagnose and treat the medical roots of each couple's concerns, together.

SanBO Signature
Couple Clinic
Programs designed for two — from wedding check-ups and pregnancy planning to relationship care and menopause, both partners are seen together by both specialists.

Couple Health Check-Up
Two examinations, one shared picture of health.
A gynecologist examines the wife while a urologist examines the husband — on the same day, in the same place. Hormones, imaging and sexual-health counseling are reviewed together.
Wife · Gynecology
- Gynecological examination
- Female hormone panel
- Pelvic ultrasound
- Cervical (Pap) screening
- Sexual-health counseling
Husband · Urology
- Urological examination
- Male hormone panel
- Prostate examination
- Semen analysis
- Sexual-health counseling

Wedding Pre-Marital Check-Up
Before the wedding, it's worth taking time to check both partners' health together — confirming where you each stand and learning what to know before planning a pregnancy.
6 months before
Begin screening. The HPV vaccine requires several doses, so this is the ideal time to start.
3 months before
Time for follow-up care. Semen abnormalities may need ~3 months; varicocele or surgery, 3–6 months of recovery.
1 month before
A final condition check with basic tests. Planning a pregnancy? Fertility can be re-confirmed now.

Couple Relationship Counseling
Changes in intimacy often have a medical cause.
Differences in desire, pain, changes in erection or painful intercourse — the shifts couples experience in daily life frequently have medical roots. Our gynecologist and urologist see both partners together, diagnosing the cause medically.
Medical diagnosis
Pinpointing hormonal shifts, illness or medication effects behind the change.
Relationship context
Both partners influence intimacy — so we treat two people, not one.
Everyday environment
Sleep, stress and daily rhythm directly affect hormones and function.

Pregnancy Planning Check-Up
Pregnancy is something two people prepare for, together.
What one partner's test alone can't reveal becomes clear when both are examined. Our specialists assess the couple's fertility and reproductive environment side by side.
Wife
- Ovarian reserve (AMH) — egg-age & fertility
- Pelvic ultrasound — fibroids & ovaries
- Hormone panel — ovulation & cycle
- Cervical cancer screening
Husband
- Semen analysis — count, motility, morphology
- Advanced sperm morphology analysis
- Male hormone panel (testosterone, etc.)
- Urological exam — varicocele & prostate

Menopause Couple Clinic
In midlife, both partners change — together.
Women around menopause, men after their 40s: hormonal change arrives at a different time and pace, but it touches the couple's shared life. Our specialists treat both partners' midlife transition in one place. The average Korean woman reaches menopause at 49.7 and lives to 85.7 — roughly a third of life is post-menopausal. How a couple spends it shapes their later years together.
Women's Clinic
Women's Health & Care
From everyday gynecological conditions to functional and aesthetic restoration — comprehensive women's care, led by a female gynecologist.
Common Conditions
Accurate diagnosis and treatment for the concerns women meet most often.
Vaginitis
Inflammation when the balance of good and harmful vaginal bacteria breaks down. Common but, if neglected, can become chronic — early treatment and care matter.
Cystitis
Bladder inflammation, usually from bacteria traveling up the urethra. Untreated, it can recur or progress to pyelonephritis — accurate diagnosis is key.
Menstrual Irregularity
A normal cycle is 21–35 days, lasting 3–7 days. Falling outside this range, or unusually light or heavy flow, is considered irregular.
Vaginal Dryness
After menopause, estrogen falls and the vaginal lining thins and dries — causing itching, burning, painful intercourse and recurrent infections.
Painful Intercourse
Recurring pain during or after sex. Functional (anatomical/vascular, common in younger women) or organic (hormonal, inflammatory, common after 50).
Orgasmic Difficulty
When climax is weak, infrequent or absent. Both physical factors (laxity, dryness, hormonal decline) and psychological factors play a role.
Aesthetic & Functional Surgery
Restoring both form and function — natural, precise, and performed by a female gynecologist with full privacy.

Labiaplasty (Inner)
Only what's needed, only as much as needed. Trims enlarged or protruding labia minora to correct friction, pain and hygiene concerns — restoring both function and form.

Labia Majora Restoration
Volume and elasticity, restored. Reshapes and refills enlarged or deflated outer tissue to rebalance overall volume — with 1:1 design and pigmentation care.

Perineoplasty
For a perineum loosened after childbirth. Precise reconstruction from the muscle layer up — recovering structure and function, with dissolvable sutures and no stitch removal.
Vaginal Tightening
As childbirth, aging and hormonal change reduce collagen, elasticity declines. HIFU, RF and CO2 laser regenerate collagen to restore tone and function.

Focused ultrasound delivered deep into the vaginal lining to regenerate collagen and contract the fibromuscular layer — for post-birth laxity, deep regeneration and accompanying incontinence.

Micro-needle radiofrequency delivers heat deep into the skin, inducing collagen rearrangement and renewal — for vulvar elasticity, pigmentation and area-specific care.

CO2 laser micro-stimulates the lining, restoring collagen and elastin through natural regeneration — for menopausal atrophy, severe dryness and lining renewal.
Menopause & Incontinence
Tailored care for midlife change — from hormone and bone-health screening to layered incontinence treatment.
Menopause Screening
Gynecological & Pap exam, pelvic ultrasound, breast check, bone-density, female-hormone & thyroid tests, blood panel.
Pelvic-Floor & Behavioral
Kegel and behavioral therapy strengthen the support beneath bladder and urethra — the foundation of all incontinence care.
Collagen / HA Filler
Precise injection around the urethra reinforces support tissue, raising closure pressure to improve stress incontinence.
Device Therapy
UI-FIT magnetic chair, eleVaVa RF and Zealthera HIFU strengthen the pelvic floor and tighten supporting tissue.
Y-Zone Care & Contraception
Y-Zone Laser (ACCENTO N)
Permanent hair reduction with strong contact cooling and dual 755/1064 nm wavelengths — safe even for the sensitive Y-zone, checked directly by a gynecologist.
Mirena / Implanon
Mirena: a 5-year hormonal IUD that also eases cramps and heavy flow. Implanon: a 3-year arm implant placed in 1–2 minutes — fertility returns immediately on removal.
Emergency Contraception
Taken within 120 hours (5 days) of unprotected intercourse: a high-dose hormone that suppresses ovulation and destabilizes the lining to prevent implantation.
Men's Clinic
Men's Health & Performance
Men's health surfaces later than women's. Prostate, hormones and sexual function change slowly — checking before symptoms appear is the fastest treatment of all.

Men's Health Check-Up
Men need regular check-ups, too.
A one-stop process — 1:1 consultation, same-day blood, urine and ultrasound in one place, then a results review directly with your doctor to set the right course of care.
1 · Consultation
A 1:1 review of symptoms, family history and goals defines the panel you need.
2 · One-Stop Tests
Blood, urine and ultrasound completed the same day, in one place.
3 · Results Review
Interpret results with your doctor and receive a clear treatment plan.
Urological Conditions
Frequent Urination
Normal is 6–8 times by day, once at night. More than 8 daytime or 2 nighttime trips may signal a prostate or bladder issue.
Voiding Dysfunction
Problems forming or releasing urine — frequency, hesitancy, leakage. Varied causes call for systematic testing and accurate diagnosis.
Prostatitis
Prostate inflammation — from bacteria, stress, fatigue or pelvic tension. Common even in younger men.
Prostate Enlargement
Common after 50: an enlarged prostate compresses the urethra. Incidence rises with age — 60% of men in their 60s, 80% in their 80s.
Surgical Procedures

Enhancement Surgery
Naturally increases girth, length and glans balance — restoring volume, length and correcting retraction.

Circumcision
Removes the foreskin covering the glans, where debris and bacteria collect — preventing balanitis, adhesions and urinary infection.

Vasectomy
Ties or cuts the vas deferens for highly effective, permanent contraception — reversible later by vasovasostomy if pregnancy is desired.

PE Surgery (Laser)
Selectively desensitizes the penis to delay ejaculation, sparing surrounding tissue and nerves — with minimal bleeding and fast recovery.
Erectile Function & Andropause
Erectile dysfunction is diagnosed when symptoms persist 3+ months; about 86% of men over 60 experience some degree. Male hormones decline from the late 30s — 30% of men over 60 have andropause.

Micro-shockwaves to the corpora cavernosa regenerate damaged microvessels and improve blood flow — a drug-free path to restoring erectile function at its root.

Oxygen reaches cavernosal tissue and microvessels, improving endothelial function — effective for vascular ED and helpful with chronic pelvic inflammation.

Diagnosis (ADAM + testosterone), hormone replacement (injection, oral or gel), lifestyle management, and regular monitoring of hormones, prostate and cardiovascular markers.
Regenerative & Anti-Aging
Regeneration Center
Premium programs that restore function, vitality and confidence — for women, for men, and for skin — anchored by SanBO's high-end recovery devices.

Women Revive
Revive — to bring back to life, to restore vitality.
A premium program restoring the function and confidence changed by childbirth, aging and menopause — addressing dryness, painful intercourse, post-birth change and atrophy through hormone therapy, device treatment (Zealthera HIFU, eleVaVa RF, VenusXel CO2) and regenerative injections (PRP regeneration, PDLLA elasticity, HA volume, and relaxation injections).

Men Performance
Vitality that doesn't stop.
A premium program recovering erectile strength, blood flow and vitality through urological care — addressing ED, reduced circulation, premature ejaculation and andropause with medication, IMPO88 Plus shockwave therapy and PRP autologous injections.
Anti-Aging Skin Care
Not simply tightening the surface — rebuilding firmness from within by replenishing lost collagen.
Wrinkle Care
Wrinkles don't disappear by pulling skin. We refill lost collagen to restore from within, with staged, low-irritation care.
Volume Restoration
Fillers and collagen boosters refill volume lost with age — immediate fullness plus collagen renewal for natural, lasting change.
Skin Regeneration
Rebuilds collagen and elastin from the dermis up — improving fine lines, texture and elasticity, including post-birth and menopausal change.
Laser Care (Accento N)
Dual 755/1064 nm wavelengths treat pigmentation, vessels, hair and elasticity in one combined laser platform.
Signature Recovery Devices

The world's first sliding-door single-seat chamber delivers 100% oxygen deep into plasma and tissue — calming inflammation and aiding recovery for ED, post-menopausal atrophy, chronic pelvic inflammation and more.

No surgery, fully clothed: a powerful magnetic field contracts deep pelvic-floor muscles — the equivalent of 12,000 Kegels in 30 minutes. Re-Tightening, Re-Sensation, Re-Confidence.

Clinically proven low-intensity shockwave for ED, reduced blood flow, andropause and chronic pelvic pain — drug-free, restoring function at its source.
